Love, Execution, Resilience, and Faith.
The purpose of these core values are to guide our actions towards a shared vision and act as a reference point for navigating complex situations. Anchoring our decisions to these core values helps us form and solidify our relational identity. Each value is girded by biblical scripture. We hope that these values and more importantly scriptures speak to your spirit.
Love
1 Corinthians 13:4-7
Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
1 Peter 4:8
Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.
Execution
Colossians 3:23-24
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
Resilience
2 Corinthians 4:8-9

Faith

Mission
We pledge to love relentlessly, greet challenges earnestly, and profess our faith in Jesus Christ.
